The Business Administration
department is one among popular Humanistic Science it’s established in 202
along with the establishment of our college.
Business
Administration
undergraduate program was born out of recognition of the increasing
significance of cross-disciplinary studies in the social sciences.
Since Inception the department in quite
achieve in maintaining a harmonious balance between the staff and students of
the department and inculcate management & how to manage the people in the
mind of our students.

Dr. Mukund M. Mundargi completed his Post-Graduation Masters of Commerce M.Com in 2003-2005 from Karnataka University, Dharwad. And Masters of Business Administration MBA in the year 2005-2007 from the University of Bangalore. He has completed his M.Phil. from Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati. He was conferred PhD from Bharathi Vidyapeeth University, Pune, in 2013.
He worked as an Assistant Professor at SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Department of Management Studies, from 2008 to 2013. He was a Placement Officer in the Department of Management Studies at SDM College of Engineering & Technology.
Later he joined Rani Channamma University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Post-Graduate Studies in Commerce from 4th September 2013 to till date.

Full Time Guest Lecturer
Shivakumar Mestri Hails from Dharwad district from where he did his Schooling and degree in Commerce stream. He studied his Masters in Management in R.V Institute of Management, Bangalore University Between 2003- 2005. He possesses around 6 years of industry experience on Human Resource and administrative platform with the corporate giants like Infosys Technologies, Mindtree Consulting and Embassy Group.
In the year 2011, Shivakumar took up the teaching career and moved to Belagavi. He has total of around 11 years of teaching experience in Degree and PG courses of Management stream along with academic and non-academic administration. To talk about his educational qualification, Shivakumar is a MBA graduate and cleared his K-SLET (Management) in 2013. Did his M. Com in 2015 and cleared the K-SLET (Commerce) in 2017. He has attended many workshops/ seminars and presented his papers including an international level seminar at Karwar. He has 5 publications to his credit.
He is also a free-lance soft skill trainer wherein he has trained Faculty members, Engineering and Management students of many colleges. He has also conducted a two days workshop for the Police staff of Hindalaga Jail, Belagavi. He has the privilege to attend the training sessions of Mr.Shiv Khera, the management Guru, twice.
Shivakumar is currently working in Rani Channamma University’s Sangolli Rayanna First Grade Constituent College Belagavi as a full-time guest faculty and facilitating the BBA students in HR and Marketing specializations.

Abstract about Faculty: Mr. Mallasarji B Janagouda completed his Post-Graduation Masters of Business Administration in 2001-2003 from Visvesvaraya University, Belagavi.
He worked in Audit Assistant in an Auditing Firm from December 2003 to December 2005. He worked in Various Financial Institutions as Executive, Assistant Branch Manager & Branch manager from January 2006 to June 2008. He Started his teaching career from Gomatesh BBA in the year July 2008, he worked other prestigious college like Bharatesh BBA and Jain BBA.
Later he joined Rani Channamma University Sangolli Rayanna First Grade Constituent College Belagavi as a full-time guest faculty and facilitating the BBA students in Account and Finance specializations.

Full Time Guest Lecturer
Abstract about Faculty: Ms. Renuka is a M. Com graduate since 4 years and has a working experience in Accountant level in the business and around 1.5 years of teaching experience for the degree. With the view to serve in the education sector, she is very seriously pursuing the teaching course. She has completed her B.Ed in Commerce in the year 2022. She has published one article international level conference organized by RCU.
Her technical skillsets cover the Tally, Microsoft Office including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook. She has also completed 18 months of Hardware networking course.
Currently she is working with Sangolli Rayanna First Grade Constituent college, Belagavi as a Full-Time Guest faculty in Commerce and Management stream.

RESEARCH PROJECTS:
The Department of
Business Administration organized an orientation programme for the I year BBA Students.
The programme commenced with a prayer song. Mr. Shivakumar
Mesteri welcomed the staff and students present. Dr.
Mukund M Mundargi, HOD addressed the students. The
different courses of the programme were made known to the students. They were
also briefed about the various curricular and co-curricular activities and all
the other facilities available in the department. This was followed by an
informal programme which included an ice breaking session and games by the
final BBA students. They were also taken around the college campus to
familiarize them with the facilities offered by the college.
