ABOUT NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME:

The advent of ICT has significantly altered not only business and governance processes, but also education. The explosion of information technology has changed the way knowledge is distributed today. The use of ICTs in teaching, research, and extension operations has increased at an unprecedented rate.

The IT-CELL was established in 2022-2023 with the intention of overcoming the disadvantages of technical things. The IT Cell is the authority of the University that monitors the entire It-Infrastructure of the Sangolli Rayanna First Grade Constituent College, Belagavi and has taken the initiative to build a strong network between all UG & PG students. The members of the IT- Cell shall be governed by the Principal and the IT Coordinator.

The activities of the Information Technology (IT) cell at SRFGCC includes website construction and management, information technology, digitization, the Digital India project, liaison/coordination with the National Informatics Centre (NIC), and so on.

To be a leader in preparing graduates to be effective problem solvers, researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs, as well as competent professionals capable of taking on any type of challenge in the Information Technology industry or research organizations they serve.

*  Organize and participate in technical programmes to increase students' knowledge of current technologies.
