About Cell:


Internal Quality Assurance Cell was established in, with a Chairperson, two administrative workers, and one attendee. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell was established to keep the momentum of quality consciousness going. It is envisioned as a vehicle to promote and maintain a quality culture in our university. The internal quality assurance system, known as the "Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)," operates with suitable structure and processes, as well as sufficient flexibility to fulfil the different needs of stakeholders. It is in place to guide, plan, and monitor the University's Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities. The cell is channelling and systematising the institution's activities and actions aimed at academic excellence.

The Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) is an incentive for ushering in quality by developing intervention strategies to remove shortcomings and enhance quality, with the goal of developing a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution, as well as to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.



GOALS OF THE IQAC:
*  To Create a structure for deliberate, consistent, and productive action to improve the college's educational and administrative performance.
*  To encourage measures for institutional functioning that improve quality by internalizing quality culture and institutionalizing best practices.

Cell Activities:


*   TCS Placement was organized by Placement cell in association with IQAC on 17th March 2023

*   Science Day was Celebrated by Dept. of BSc in association with IQAC on 28th Feb 2023

*    SEBI organized Financial Education for Young India for the departments in association with Career Guidance, Training and Placement Cell RCUB and SRFGCC on 28th December 2022

*   International Women’s Day was Celebrated by Women Empowerment Cell in association with IQAC on 13-02-2023

*   Blood donation camp was organised by Youth Red Cross Cell in Association with IQAC on 12th August 2022

Functions of IQAC:


*    Creation and implementation of quality standards/parameters for the college's numerous educational and administrative activities;
*   Assisting in the development of a learner-centered environment that is supportive of high-quality education and the development of faculty to embrace the necessary knowledge and technology for interactive teaching and learning processes.

*   Organize for student, parent, and other stakeholder feedback on institutional processes that have an impact on quality.

*   Dissemination of knowledge about the many standards of higher education excellence. Workshops and lectures on quality-related topics are organised both inside and outside of universities, and quality circles are encouraged.

*   Documentation of the college's numerous programs and activities, which results in quality enhancement.

*   serving as the college's primary organization for coordinating quality-related initiatives, such as the adoption and distribution of standards of excellence.
*   MIS is used for the creation and upkeep of institutional databases with the goal of preserving or enhancing institutional quality.

College Quality Culture Development.

*   The development of the college's Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in accordance with the format specified and based on the quality parameters/assessment criteria provided by the appropriate quality assurance organization (such NAAC, NBA, or AB).

*   Quality Radars (QRs) are developed every two years, and HEIs are ranked based on the AQAR for their integral units.

*   Interaction with SQACs in the quality evaluation, maintenance, and improvement processes before and after accreditation.
